How to clear your iCloud storage?
1. Delete any files or data you don't need in iCloud Drive. Go to the iCloud Drive on your device and select the files or documents you no longer need. Tap Delete.
2. Delete photos and videos you don't need, Backup only the content you need, Delete all messages, contacts and other information you don't need, Delete all unnecessary backups, Delete large attachments
3. Manage storage settings on each device. With iCloud, you can control how much storage you use for each of your different types of data. To manage these settings, go to Settings, then iCloud, then Storage (or Manage Storage on older devices). Here, you can see how much space each of your apps is using and make adjustments as needed.
4. Check your purchases periodically. Go to iCloud and review the list of all your purchases, like Apps and Music, to ensure that you’re not storing items that you no longer need.
